The challenges began 20 years ago when it was important to show clients the result of the "bill verification" performed via Excel. Today an ecosystem of software and services is in constant communication, exchanging data and retrieving information from the web, the energy exchange, and clients. The entire distributed infrastructure, designed and built by M4SS, now includes redundant databases, backup systems and security management according to the NIS2 directive. Energika has grown together with M4SS and the importance of the proprietary EMS system was a determining factor in the acquisition by the Tecno group.
